What a coincidence I had mahi mahi at the Fish Market in San Diego Tuesday. It looked a little like yours but was made into little sliders with a sort- of cole slaw and pieces of ginger on them. Delicious! Mahi mahi is not something I usually have- that's why it seemed a coincidense. It looks like such a wonderful trip. How is Richard's beard coming along? Can't tell in the photo.
